CWS service rate, Monthly Maintenance support & webhosting:
The CWS hourly rate is $90/hr. CWS Monthly Maintenance begins at $180/mo, based on 2hrs/mo totaling at least 24 hours of annual priority support. The number of number of maintenance hours a month is scaled to client demand and project complexity. CWS Monthly Maintenance clients receive priority same-day phone and email support and request fulfillment, and annual time typically far exceeds the actual annual allotment. CWS Monthly Maintenance includes webhosting on the CWS webserver, daily/weekly/monthly backups, inbound/outbound traffic, and regular storage costs at no additional cost. All CWS Monthly Maintenance clients pay by automatic recurring electronic check (ACH) transaction on the first day of each month, secured by PaySimple headquartered in Denver, CO.
Webhosting-only (for small, non-CWS managed sites) and EasyRelease monthly costs are $25/mo* payable via ACH electronic check (*additional webhosting fees apply to dedicated IP and secure SSL hosting).
Email accounts pricing through CWS:
Email inboxes cost $3/mo for each 25 gig IMAP/POP/webmail inbox @yourdomain.com.
Domain name registration pricing through CWS:
1st year: $36.00 – *only for first time registrations, then renews at $3.00/mo:
*After the initial $36 domain name registration for the first year, domain name registrations managed by CWS are billed by automatic recurring electronic check (ACH transaction) at $3/mo.
